As an instructional coach, I am watching the teachers with whom I work get anxious about the upcoming state test.  They are working hard to prepare their students because so much rides on those scores these days.  If I'm honest, I must admit that I'm a bit anxious, too. 
     Teachers, you are amazing.  You touch lives daily, and often you will not know the impact you are making for years, sometimes never, but, know that you are.
